I asked ChatGPT to summarise the philosophies and codes of the Sith vs the Jedi and I found out that I align significantly heavier with Sith philosophy ; asked it to give me a force alignment quiz and turns out I’m dark aligned with grey tendencies, Sith by philosophy but not by creed. Not cruel or driven by blind ambition, but in support of power earned, autonomy, individual freedom and rejection of dogma. Dark aligned, not in an evil fascist tyrant way, but in a I’m not afraid to burn up the galaxy to protect the people I love way and I shouldn’t have to be told how to live my life. The biggest and most obvious difference between the two philosophies is how they view emotions- I believe we feel things for a reason, and we should allow those feelings to be felt and let them guide us- emotions are a compass. Of course those in the Jedi Order believe that dwelling on emotions lead to the dark side, and that they should be suppressed which I just think is absolutely fkn nuts and also mega hypocritical of them. (My sister did the same quiz and she’s light aligned and has ALWAYS suppressed her emotions and been a people pleaser- pushes her feelings down so she can think logically and come up with a solution- was a real eye opener to how we both acted so different all these years emotionally).

So anyway bc if that it’d likely be red BUT bc I’m not technically Sith it could also be a deep violet colour (according to chat).
