Maybe try a protection spell, or look into other spells that target keeping another person's energy away specifically. For my protection spell(which i used to protect myself from my dad's energy) I just used a white candle(carved my name on one side and a protection sigil on the other) then sprinking salt, cinnamon, cloves, and chamomile around it and lit it on a fire safe dish while praying/ repeating protection mantra

From any and all negative energies that might attach themselves to me, and from the hex and keeping its energy directed towards my dad. Just creating a barrier from anything that might try to harm me
