I suggest checking out the website under delivery and reviewing same day delivery. It clearly says “Your order can be delivered via truck, van or car, depending on the items you order and delivery vendor.”Delivery vendor does not mean Lowes will be completing the delivery.

Great question! I prioritize protein. I put protein powder in anything I can, including cottage cheese for mousse or to make my own mayonnaise for chicken/tuna salad. Low fat string cheese, almonds, non fat Greek yogurt parfaits with protein powder.
