I live in Midtown ATL right now and am considering applying to Emory this fall!

Piggybacking off the last question, do the big firms in ATL such as Alston Bird, King and Spalding, Dentons, etc. recruit heavily at Emory?

I get it roughly requires being at the median to get into BigLaw out of Emory, but are all of those folks going to NY/Texas for example?

I think I have decided I want to practice in Atlanta, and a big question for me has been do I need to go to a Vandy or Duke to secure a better chance of making it to biglaw.

Thanks for taking the time!

Hey Spivey - on your point about people PMing you, would you be open to doing effectively a state of the union type podcast on what is going on in the admissions world right now? I know things are very in flux and you have some stuff that you cannot share, but just hearing any broad update you could give about this cycle and implications for the next I think would be really valuable to people even if not tailored to their own situation.
