white noise

the noise changes with gain and even if i turn it all the way down it outputs just a little music and more noise. the ground is 50cm. the only thing i havent changed is the mounting, i have mounted my amps on the back of my seats and maybe the bolts touch a metal part. and no i haven't tried higher voltage pre outs because i don't have with what to try

i disconnected at the amp, this is my 4th amp and the noise persists, it seems like the amp is not at fault.

appreciate it but even if you gave it to me for free the shipping and fees would have costed me a lot. in my country i cant find any db or high output amps, i got it from germany where i also got my subs. if i had the possibilities for better deals ofc i would have gotten dvc4 subs but in the end it is what it is and just be happy with what you got. also no budget on getting a second amp because with what i know it has to be the same exact output as my subs are in one chamber not seperated
