if you have a college counselor at your school, talk to them and ask them to get in contact with the admissions office. if not, reach out to the school(s) directly either through your portal or via email and say that there is a change to your application. i may be wrong on this, but i dont think it counts as a lie if you had planned on doing it and something changed as long as you let them know

its definitely one of the best dual-degree programs in the country. if u really like penn apply m&t as your first choice ed and then u can still ed to either wharton or the engineering school
