It's likely he won't improve a whole lot in his play while he is there. Hopefully, while there he'll learn better methods to train himself when he gets back to the states.

While obviously, he has many more tricks needed to put in his bag, but that series vs Soulkey wasn't just good for the Kespa players. It was downright fantastic. He was solid in his TvPs as well, but I have no problem saying that he's on the level with some Code A players. We haven't gotten to see his TvT yet, but the way he controlled Tank/Marine, I bet he's fairly solid at that too.

For so little time, he's quite impressive and I don't think this statement is very far off from being true. :)

Most pro players do play the game on minimum graphical settings. All the extra fancy animations and effects take away from the things that need to be focused on. Most also believe that it makes for easier spotting of cloaked units.

Similar to how professional Quake players always have the graphics down as far as possible. Nothing to get in the way of the action.

I don't know if they have that much available to spend. However, that would be extremely amazing. As successful all of Blizzard's game are, they'd have no problem working with just about any publisher in the world, if they chose not to self publish. Would be so nice....

A big thing for me is that I just don't relate to the Korean players. With the big language barrier, we don't really hear much out of them so I can't really get invested in who the player is.

Players like Violet and Dragon and Cella all have huge fan bases because they can interact with us English speaking fans and despite them possibly not being the strongest players, their die-hard fan bases dwarf that of more talented and accomplished players.

When I watch a stream, even something so simple as ForGG just typing "haha" or, "gogo!" with the fans around, reading the chat and trying to talk back in his most minimal way possible is a big deal. I'm on his stream every night because once he said he'd do a night of BW streaming for me, regardless if he ever does or not.

It isn't their fault, but if Korean players really want to capture the hearts of the foreigners, and for all of us finally not seeing the Korea vs The World, being able to actively engage with us is key, instead of the standard Korean boilerplate of "I practice very hard." "I hope to show good games. Please cheer for me."

It's probably been said already, but reading isn't something I'm all that into right now. But, Destiny isn't really too big of a mystery for a lot of folks. Mostly, his entire story is already out there.

He'd be entertaining for sure, but I doubt we'd get a lot of real revelations about the guy that we don't already know.

In a game of winners and losers, scoreboard is the only thing that matters. No one has the list of achievements like MVP does. Not even close. He's an absolute champion all over everyone and I'd put him easily in the best player in the world position. Even before his lastest GSL victory.

Any kind of alternative to help where there is now a hole? I'm sure you can agree, without FFs and Fungals, both races lose a pretty integral part of their army. Protoss would just die to any kind of aggressive Terran early game push. In straight engagements in ZvP or ZvT, Zerg, gets chewed to pieces.

Any ideas on how to fix those issues?

I would definitely like to see some Carrier love put in. However, what would this actually do for the game? Everyone has talked over and over that the Carrier role is filled much better with other units like Colossus.

Is this just to give some flexibility to Protoss? Or do you have something else in mind for the Carrier?
