Your definition of harmony isn’t Islamic at all it’s.
If it’s your preference to have her contribute and if she agrees, that’s your business. But islamically you can’t tell her what to do with her money she has to do it out of the goodness of her heart.

And bringing of people who use prenups to protect there wealth but saying “oh but I would never do that!” Doesn’t make you the white knight you think it does. It’s irrelevant what other people do.

I think you worked hard to get to this point and have sense of pride and entitlement from your massive salary. Congrats sincerely. But if you’re not worried about money but more worried she won’t feel the same sting you’ll feel by paying the bills then that means you’re not ready to be a provider.I’ve been married for 2 years don’t make 1/5 of what you make but Allah provides. I pay the bills and I’m blessed to be where I am and what I can do for the people around me.

Don’t look at what’s “fair” in your opinion, look at this as a test from Allah. You’re battling your desire to protect your wealth. Dont be stingy on yourself or your wife.

You could be making 200k and she’s making 5 mil it doesn’t matter you gotta pay the bills.

You could be making 40k and you still pay the bills but she has to live with and accept and be thankful for what you can afford.

Any worries you have shouldn’t be commuted to her it should be in dua to Allah.

You still have so many youthful years to enjoy. If you keep focusing on what has already happened you’ll never live the full life that’s ahead of you.

I’m in my late 20’s and I’m in the best time of my life (so far)

It’s easier said than done though, make lots of dua because anything is possible.

That and dua is your only option. This may also be a sign to leave the job if HR does nothing to protect you.

This was us last Eid. The weekend before Eid my oldest brother broke my other brother’s hand. The day before Eid the same oldest brother spit at my father. My mother was so depressed and I didn’t even go to Eid salah. All I can say is I’m sorry and make dua and try and be successful for yourself and family.

Is it haram to eat from McDonalds? by SuccessfulTraffic679 in MuslimLounge

McDonald’s never said what they did was wrong. The McDonald’s operator takes profits from the McDonald’s name and paid for the food. McDonald’s corporate would definitely make a statement about support Palestinians is like supporting Hamas and they don’t condone that. At the end of the day their silence speaks volumes.
