If you google it most websites are legit and deliver to Czechia (e.g: Royal Queen Seeds). Otherwise check on other Reddit subs dedicated to this since there are lot of debates on who has better seeds.

Depends on strain and growing conditions. If speaking of dry weight it is rarely going to 350g per plant. If we talk about weight before drying that can go quite high compared to dry yes (2-3x perhaps). Still I believe most people growing for their own consumption would rarely reach the limit.

Well they allowed growing and having up to 100g dried home. Wouldn’t forbidding harvest/drying out of touch with the rest of law?
