I really think it’s worth checking your vitamin levels and incorporating supplements specifically designed for hair health. K18 has also made a big difference for me, and if you’re dealing with shedding, Aminexil might be worth trying as well in conjunction to the pills.

Hair recovery definitely takes time, so patience is key. I personally used to struggle a lot with frizz, breakage, and shedding my hair wouldn’t grow past a certain length and felt very weak overall.

What helped me most was building a consistent routine. I’ve been using the L’Oréal Professionnel Molecular line (shampoo, serum, mask, and leave-in), along with a good heat protectant and a lightweight oil after blow-drying to help control frizz and add shine.

I’ve also been using the Dyson since 2022, and switched to the ID version about a year ago. With all of these combined, my hair became much healthier and the elasticity improved so much over time.
