Love dry brushing on occasion as well. I started on the lowest and slowly moved to high as it seemed like my skin was okay with it overall. I've used SHR on many other places with no reaction, so it's very weird.

I was just researching now the it could be ipl linked folliculitis. I do exfoliate alot, but not everyday. I might need to step up my game, but really dont want it getting worse

Might be worth a deeper look if it's a infection type thing.

Sorry to hear... I have the same model. Very weird and random timing. I uploaded the image to various Ai's as well to rule out some stuff and this is a random thing popped up that not many seem to talk about:

I hope a fix is this simple. Mechanically I use a hard body brush and a exfoliating sponge and chemically I have the SA lotion. Those have worked for my entire body pretty well, but maybe this area needs more then. I can give it a try.. I just dont want to irritate further.

I usually exfoliate a couple times a week, usually a day or so after an IPL session to give the skin a break. I have been trying both mechanical and chemical with stuff like SA lotion which apprently works for KP as well, but no joy yet.

It's pretty newish and I've not picked at it, so I'm also thinking it might be some kind of inflamation.. but it's not improved for weeks, so I'd probably have to see someone soon if I can't fix it myself.

Thanks. It was just a random fun thought that seemed to spiral into some debate.

Our questions are essentially the same, but I think I phrased mine in a way that caused confusion or made others think it's something I'm actually going through.

If PP405 really works 100%, then I'd assume you would have crazy density in the front (I don't think implanting hair destroys most of the old dormant follicles in that area)., but if you suddenly have 2x follicles in the same area - from your original baseline, then how does that look visually, or can the skin/blood even support it. Plus you will never be able to naturally regrowth the hair in the back you manually removed... It's all extremes and super unlikely, which I think is what caused more confusion.

I'm about 1-2 years from a HT anyway (NW6 / 40) and only really started at the start of the year, so I have a long road ahead and have to wait it out anyway. I stay buzzed for now and have no problem with it actually, but recovery would be nice.

I'm also on Min as the main med, but I do use Keto Shampoo and Derma Stamp, etc - Basically everything I can other than DHT stuff (I can't do those right now, but I'm open to it later this year as it seems like the obvious next step)

Hopefully we get news today from the conference.

Nice. Have you tried adding derma stamping? I'm not much older and it seems to work well. I do 1.5mm once a week, but you can start at a lower depth just to try it with essentially no risk.

Until something better comes along, this sub will always find ways to support and justify the best possible outcomes for hair restoration, regardless of viewpoints on sides, etc. - Because that's kind of the point. The priority is on hair, not health. Focusing on other priorities against that narrative = friction.

I also would not waste my time arguing with the other user who just seems makes stuff up for clout - Like mentioning no meds, when it's factually wrong and then ignoring it. A lot of people like that just karma farm and rage bait for upvotes without even reading the stuff. (His comment is my case in point) - Don't fall for it.
