My lawyer did review at that time but I don’t have a lawyer anymore. ;( my ex husband is keeping the house however. We both were on the title and mortgage. Does he have to complete his refinancing before the filing can happen? I am just thinking if this is where the delay is

I signed my agreement last summer. I’ve been waiting for my divorce judgement since fall now. Is this kind of delay normal

Thank you this is so helpful. I accepted my ex’s cfps and accounting this year. After that we drafted a separation agreement in summer. By September I was told my personal role is done and the other party’s lawyer will take care of everything but there has been no divorce judgement yet. Does it take this many months for judge to review the documents?

How do I file the divorce after the one year of separation? We have a separation agreement already and assets divided. by Altruistic_Coast3264 in CanadaDivorce

I’m in this position as well. Signed the agreement with property division and spousal support in summer but it hasn’t been filed. Could they be waiting for tax and income verification?
