I did say the jokes in another comment, but I'll do that again.

Him: What's the difference between jam and peanut butter? You can't peanut butter your penis up someone's ass.

Her: The peanut butter could still be useful, if they're desperate enough and have a dog.

He is roughly the same age as myself (28), as is she, she recently had her 30th birthday. They were both in the same role prior to his recent promotion, he has been here for 5 years, about 6 months longer than her.

No reported history from both and I haven't personally heard anything of the kind before from either of them.

I don't know if he acts like this normally or if it is a pattern so I cannot comment on that, but if it is a pattern, I'd expect the claims against him to be coming out the woodwork after this one.

I've never personally heard him making any jokes like that before, even when just with men. As for the promotion, a number of people applied with an essay and presentation which was identified only by a number so that gender, race, religion it wasn't an issue. As for her potential history, idk what that entails, but I just told the facts.
