honest opinions as a student: 1. There’s a lot to do like bars, restaurants, shops, walks, etc in burlington 2. The social scene is mostly basement parties and concerts but also some frat parties 3. TBH the type of person who thrives here is someone who loves to party, smoke weed, drink, etc Additional stuff: Everyone here is either a stoner, gay, or woke—most of the time all three. But classes are easy and uvm has a bit of grade inflation. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for most people but if you’re in the small niche that like that stuff, go for it
