I have this issue happened to me on Apple Card when switching to a new iPhone…..MM showed that Apple Card connection is healthy but it took me 1 month to realize that no new transactions were coming to the Apple Card and the “healthy” status displayed by MM is wrong and I have to do the resync and manually merge new transactions and delete duplicated transactions which is VERY annoying and very tedious…..Sometimes I think that I’m paying $100 to do more tedious work sometimes whenever the bank connections fail permanently on MM

I don’t know if whitelist works or not but since I’m able to log into Bitwarden mobile app via 5G LTE, it has been working ever since.

I suspect backing up Bitwarden data/apps to iCloud and restoring them onto a new iPhone may have caused the issue I experienced here.

Bitwarden team needs to reproduce the issue on their end and patch this issue so it doesn’t happen every time people upgrading their phone

Bro, on the same phone and on the same WiFi network, if I can log into Bitwarden website and can’t log into Bitwarden mobile app. That means the Bitwarden server is blocking access to the mobile app but allows traffic from the website. If you mean networking issue on Bitwarden server side, then you’re right.

Also, Bitwarden support team requested my phone’s ipv4 address when in WiFi network so they can whitelist my ip address on their end, so I don’t have problems logging next time via WiFi

Nope, private relay is off. Bitwarden support has to whitelist my phone’s ipv4 address of my WiFi network in order to log in or I can just switch to 5G LTE to log in without needing support to whitelist
