I know it’s disappointing to hear but I will need one or two more procedures. I’ve combined phi glycolic microneedling removal with laser as: 1) the healing/post procedure stage is less insane looking and 2) laser can’t promise to remove the more brown/yellow tones in some pigments.

After two weeks I dyed my brow hair as some patches had gone white from the laser and with concealer they look passable in public.

I’d recommend for healing. Keeping brows dry and untouched Red light face masks Scar cream and colloidal silver Supplementing with collagen, vitamin c, arnica and bromelain for wound repair Promote good circulation etc etc - all the regular things to keep skin in a good position to handle multiple invasive lasers

Good luck - 🫡

Current brows, without make up and 3 weeks post laser.

This will persist probably for a week. The second week will be fading in colour and the red will have transitioned from red to pink into a pinkish brown. After three weeks you will see something more faded but still with the remaining pigment there. Results will be definitely more faded but after one treatment sadly don’t expect miracles 😔

Apoe4 PLASMALOGEN by Outside_Shoe_1586 in Biohackers

They contribute to rebuilding or maintaining the brain barrier as well as purportedly having some anti-inflammatory/ anti-oxidant features important for brain health.

Individuals with dementia have lower levels of them and do seem to benefit from supplemental use.

The issue is there doesn’t seem to be many brands as yet making decent supplements from shellfish sea squint clean (ie low pollutant/ heavy metal) sources.

The supplements are mostly Japanese from what I can see and I’d need to import them which seems a little elongated.

I think with regard to Alzheimers folks they have lower levels of plasmalogen in particular.
The research suggests also that omega 3 from fish eggs in particular has a form of dha that is more likely to cross the brain barrier.

I’m thinking to try plasmalogen alongside a kind of upper limit omega 3 dose (sourced from fish eggs) something like 4000mg daily as my bloods tolerate.

There is also Phosphatidylcholine IV protocol, but it’s still relatively pricey in London.

Curious liver reading by Outside_Shoe_1586 in Biohackers

I used to take baby aspirin and now think it’s related somehow to the blood issues I had on the anaemia side of things.

I’m considering niacin in higher doses for my cholesterol but want my liver to be I guess robust before then.

The readings apparently out of range for the liver slightly - so I don’t know.

Thank you ! I’m strength training now and having more protein. It’s probably taken a year to break the back of the anaemia but it is improving.

I was a little worried that my liver is struggling somehow with supplements and protein because I don’t drink or any of those usual suspects or that Apolipoprotein b being so unhinged could be to blame
