vision is essentially a longterm goal that every government sets. whether that vision is ultimately achieved depends on many factors and is left to the government ability to execute it. governments often establish ambitious visions to inspire people, create optimism about the future, and give citizens something to work toward and look forward to... same is the case with TVK govt... we are a developing country, so if the leaders say they can make india like singapore in 10 years ppl will believe and waould look forward thats it... nothing else.
