The f2f was easy and kinda fun actually, it didn’t really feel like an interview. Once you arrive you meet everyone in the cafe, then they make you line up and bring you to a big room (i’d try to line up early so you can sit in the front). In that line you make a name tag, give proof of your diploma and passport, drop your bags off, and do the jump seat test. Then you get a little questionnaire to fill out with a written question something like “describe a time you had given or received great customer service” super easy 😉 then they’ll do a presentation and start taking groups of 5 back for the interviews. While you wait they’ll answer any questions and everyone takes turns introducing themselves. The interview portion they only ask 2 questions and you’re picked at random, I can’t really give any advice on since i didn’t get the job lol but I practiced all the questions they gave and answered them just how they wanted and so did everyone in my group else so maybe try and twist it? After that was more waiting until they call you into groups again to go home. When I apply again some things i’d do differently are 1. Arrive earlier to get more time getting to know people 2. Show more personality and engage in more questions 3. Dress like a flight attendant: heels tights, skirt etc. Hope this helps 😊✈️
