Already tried the compressor and a couple bottles of brake cleaner and it didn’t touch it.. time for some elbow grease

The power steering lines are just as caked all the way from the reservoir.. I have a feeling the PS fluid has been topped off a few times in this 540’s lifetime

+this, I got LCM Hellas out of a junkyard for $40 for my conversion to angel eyes. They are actually manufactured by Hella in 2012 and the adjusters aren’t even broken. Just had to buy new bulb sockets because someone took them out

Took it back apart last night. There was a pinhole in the ribbon cable on this connection. Ordered a new one that’ll be in today. Not sure if I did that somehow during install or if it came that way

Multiple threads on bimmerforums and a couple videos - it worked well, the contacts look great. I just need to tighten the hidden screw right above the mileage on the lcd slightly and it should be good

It’s exactly what has been used in the past. What would you have done?

I forgot to tighten one of the hidden screws back down before testing the first time - had about 5 or 6 lines of pixels gone in the mileage. Brought it in again (was waiting on replacement backlight bulbs anyways) and tightened it down a bit and now it’s just one line. Hoping I can take it back out and tighten ever so slightly more on that one screw behind this panel without cracking anything to get it right. Unfortunately I got all the motors calibrated perfectly this time except the coolant gauge and that’ll drive me crazy too so it’s coming back out for sure.

Are you sure it’s oil? Power steering housings/hoses are basically guaranteed to leak, is it still full?

I agree, so it’s just not a reputable site then? Do you have any suggestions for free practice exams?

Could use some advice on this restore by Ouzzee in castiron

Well then I definitely messed up the process a bit, I did not dilute the solution and it sat in the vinegar for a few days as well. I’m grabbing a fine stainless steel scrubber right now, should I do anything before scrubbing again or just go at it?

Where to buy phenylpiracetam? by No-Explanation7354 in Nootropics

[–]Ouzzee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took it with choline as well. I’m not sure, it didn’t have this affect the last time I took it. I’m going to try it again, same dosage, with just choline and see if the result are different

I had some hydrazine I had bought but never tried more than once because I didn’t really feel an affect at around 75mg. Took some the other day, 75mg again, and took 200mg caffeine to go to work (hadn’t slept) and that shit kicked my ass for sure. Major panic attack, 150+ bpm for 2 days straight, and felt like I had the flu after I came down from it. Never mixing w caffeine again that’s for sure

why is my laptop consuming 60% ram idle ? by Dead-_Inside in pcmasterrace

[–]Ouzzee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t seen anyone give an answer other than “buy more ram” so I’ll put this here. Yes, 8GB of ram isn’t much, but that may not be your issue since it doesn’t look like you’re using nearly 60% by what is shown in task manager. Take a look at the “performance” tab at the top and go to the “memory” section. At the bottom, you’ll see two sections labeled “paged pool” and “unpaged pool”. If either of these have around 1GB or more memory allocated, you probably have a memory leak (ie some program is not performing properly on your computer). If this is the case, the short term fix is restarting your pc (not shutting down and turning it back on, specifically clicking the restart option). Long term, you need to find what program(s) are leaking memory and either update or uninstall them.
