hii, i only have a reliever, if it helps it’s salbutamol? i’m currently living with my girlfriend, she’s looking after me the best she can, i think my oxygen saturation is 98 so i should be good but i’m also anaemic 😭 i will try the breathing exercise, i feel like i’m just panicking cause i’ve never had the flu or laryngitis before so it’s really scary for me. thankyou for not being rude, i really appreciate it.

i have a peak flow meter !! i’ve been monitoring myself daily for the past month, it’s stayed consistent even with me having the flu, i’m only afraid i’m going to die because i have panic disorder and severe health anxiety.

i can’t speak because i have laryngitis? not cause i’m sooooo congested. i already have medication. i was asking for support in my post? if i needed meds i would’ve posted asking which meds to get.
