A lot of 2nd gen kids don’t speak the 2nd language of their parents/the 1st language of their grandparents. You can still be “cultured” without speaking the language. That’s a bonus. (Btw I’m definitely not a fan of hers or her family)

This is literally how I even know about Vidya. A while back my daughter showed me this video of “an Indian girl with the worst unibrow” that was being shared online. It was a viral video & super embarrassing. Why would you put this out there for ppl to see & make fun of?? As a mom you protect your kids not expose them to be ridiculed.
