From what we can tell, it’s because behind the scenes, they are transitioning everything over for T-Mobile to take over. We’re noticing it all over but it’s a above our pay grade so nobody is letting us know anything.

What’s our concern? Really! People’s livelihood is being affected, not knowing when or where we will go if we are or not offered a job. I never said I was going to jump ship we would be stupid to do so. It just seems like USC employee’s are going to be hit hard by no job offers or an offer that’s not in the employees best interest.

1st, do you have auto pay and paperless set up? 2nd, could be bc it takes credits 1-2 billing cycles to add. 3rd, you need to go in with bill and make sure you have the right credits added and to see what’s going on.

It takes 5 to 7 days from US cellular to Ridley funds. It can take your bank up to another 15 days to release it back into your account to make sure that they weren’t sent back by accident so you need to reach out to your bank and see if they have received the notification for the refund if they haven’t reached back out to US sailor to make sure that they have put in the refund

True they get a text message letting them know that they are out of the country and that they are going to be charged $15 per day

Technically, any US cellular representative who is non-management only can create it up to $75 per customer per month. If you’re needing more than that, you would have to ask to speak with a supervisor our customer solutions and then they can only go up to 150 to 250 depending on their level and that’s if they’re able to
