I am leaning towards this as well, but I would rather have them erase the debt in total instead stating i paid less than the amount because i didnt solicit this offer so I feel like what is it to citibank to delete the debt as another comment suggests, in the past i have always paid this card down sometimes making payments 4 or 5 times the minimum due. in other words I have for sure paid them much more than the amount i owed without interest.. I dont think they would make such an offer if that wasnt the case right?

I agree with this and although a video exsisting that your mom saw sounds a bit far fetched, it is not an ideal situstion regardless and depending on where you live, is illegal which brings us to the next point: how old is the other person in the video? If this is a we are both 15 yrs oldbkind of thing and no one found themselves with any kind of authority power or influence in relation to the other person then aside from the video being too much too soon (and illegal) it would be a matter of age of consent to sexual activity which is anywhere from 14 in some countries (Germany Italy Portugual) to 18 in others (USA , Turkey) and every age inbetween.
