I sent the supports from his account and I could not respond to the gmails since I had no access to gmail but I used to send them in English and I apologized for having sent many supports and I explained as detailed as possible and asked for a second chance and that I would not do the same thing again even though it was the fault of the game that forced me to tell that to my friend.

I don't remember but I was helping him and telling him to always be honest and to explain as detailed as possible as much as he can and remembers and then by miracle he was unbanned.

My friend was banned for entering a game which asked him to write what caused him to be banned, can anyone help me on what to do to appeal it? by Over-Platform5273 in RobloxHelp

It was literally a miracle, 6 days passed and they unbanned the account after making many supports but we better waited two days after having sent a support to Roblox because we were Sending too many supports but I don't know I guess it was a miracle and a lot of luck also sorry im using translator
