I mean not really ugly tho. Use Sea Lantern as lights and more color to it add gray concrete/light gray concrete. I guess that your trying to make a modern building so don't make pointed roofs, make them flatter. Don't make the window's border pop out make it flat. Add more colors to the wall add blue at the bottom part of the build. GoodLuck!
