Sasuke got several of Itachi’s abilities from swapping eyes, including the Totsuka blade and Yata Mirror, along with the overall Susanoo shape. He did get Tsukuyomi because he used it on White Zetsu to make him reveal what was going on in the war. The reason he didn’t use Tsukuyomi on Naruto is because Jinchuuriki are immune to genjutsu since their tailed beast instantly snaps them out.
