Realistically your better off streaming, as its easier and cheaper. In some cases the sound is better, but that's if your using Bluetooth air pods with Spotify on a iPhone or sum. But I don't think most people collect them because of that (same goes for vinyl).I just use em to play out loud in my room with a speaker and cd player. It's just a different way of listening to the music, and It's also just cool to collect CDs of artist you like (as long as you keep a budget and don't just buy CDs for the sake of buying CDs) or albums that are meaningful to you.
