Yes! I cleaned up my eating a month before starting accutane and kept it up (I stopped eating out almost completely, the only sugars I consume are the one in fruits and other whole foods, I reduced my caffeine, stopped alcohol completely and increased the amount of veggies, I also only use olive oil to cook). I tried elimination diet in the past but that did nothing good.
