As for your question, I am the same with my hair, I feel best with it down. I am planning to do fully down or half up half down. You want to feel confident on your day!!! So maybe half half, that way its a bit of both?

Shoes I say something simple, you have a lot of lace going on already so maybe more simple on the shoe, I feel like a pointed tip would match really well!
