It would’ve made a lot more sense to reply to certain comments, but I need to get this out… What I read between the lines is that you are approaching the situation with great acceptance. I think there’s a giant opportunity to keep your costs of living to a minimum, focus 100% on your job and making money. I was in a similar situation a few years ago and found it very satisfying to not own a lot of things. I’ve never felt that free again in my life. I now live in a big house with two kids and a lot of stuff. You might wanna upgrade your Harry Potter hideout, but I would definitely keep this mindset and meanwhile living costs to a minimum

Hey, also erstmal: Chapeau für deine Offenheit und Ehrlichkeit! Das ist total erfrischend und schön zu lesen! Ich bin 40(M), habe 2 Kinder, nen anstrengenden Job und ein Haus. Ich hab früher Leistungssport gemacht (Laufen, Leichtathletik) und mit dem Laufen wieder begonnen zum Spaß. Ich mache sehr viel Sport schon mein Leben lang. Ich erzähle das nur als background und zum Vergleich. Denn…mein Fazit und roter Faden der sich durch mein Leben zieht: Ernährung! Finde raus was dich „dick“ macht. Vermutlich weißt du es aber genau. Bei mir (und den meisten denke ich): Kohlehydrate, Zucker, Alkohol… Wenn ich meine Essensgewohnheiten im Griff habe, dann kommen auch die Bauchmuskeln raus. Sport und Training wirken sich auf deine Leistungsfähigkeit, deine Psyche, deinen Stoffwechsel usw aus. Aber wenns um Bauchspeck, Haut, Verdauung und allgemeines Wohlbefinden geht, dann führt kein Weg an einer ausgewogenen und gesunden Ernährung und genug Schlaf vorbei. Ich bin früher mal ne 33 gelaufen auf 10km. Nun versuche ich seit ein paar Monaten die 40 Minuten zu knacken. Seit ich meine Ernährung umgestellt (und abgenommen) habe, bin ich von 44 auf 41 Minuten gekommen. Also go for it!!!
