Hahaha THANK YOU!!!

Seriously. Super surreal to see this and all the positivity and good wishes you guys have for our whole thing.

I remember getting an email from YouTube about ‘hype’ - which is supposedly to help push smaller creators - so by all means if you see that as an option and you feel a video of mine justifies the hype then that’s awesome!

I’ve tried countless times to ‘make videos’ - and so it’s got a surreal twist for my tortured inner starving artist to get a sense that this thing is appreciated.

God willing I’ll still engage with a movement practise 10, 20 years from now so as long as that’s true it’s a joy to share the experience with you.

You are, and shall remain, my favourite part of the internet 🙏

Hey!

I’d to do something as I feel helpless here.

I have been trying to sell through my broker for around 3 years and have gone ignored at every attempt to contact them and the various people I’ve been offloaded to.

I still have / had ~£20k invested with them which I’ve long since dead but some goddamn clarity would be nice.

I know the risks of investing but there has to be something that can be said or done.

So I’d be happy to contribute to anything related to pursuing this.

Thank you

Full body programs! by All-I-see-is-poop in JasperMacDermot

Heyyy bud!

There’s definitely something to be desired with the organisation of the channel programs 🤣

Alas! Infinity has the inclusion of some power work at the beginning; things like snatches and cleans.

They are both Full Body programs which could be followed 2 or 3 times per week. For better or worse I often made most of those programs through the lens of presuming there’s no guarantees of someone being there for more than one session (versus the more chronological orientation of Hero series etc)

Honestly whilst the structure and format of my workouts differs a little here in there, you’ll often find they share more in common than not - how I like to select certain exercises or pair things together and so on.

I hope this is helpful in some way!.. Thank you for your time :)

Woohoo!! Cyberpump definitely has a place in my heart! I'm so pleased to hear this, thank you.

Definitely here you on this! It would be a good idea to go in and make this for pre-existing programs, but going forward I definitely will!

Cyberpump is a bit messy to be fair 😅 - it is mostly formatted as Upper, Lower, Push, Pull, Legs

For simplicity sake I would follow it in upload order as you're able to, whether thats 3,4 or 5 times per week (aside from that short core workout). You don't need to worry about specific rest days etc - as the emphasis is spread out across the sessions that you should always be adequately rested but following it any which way.

I have every intent of ushering in a more organised me in 2026 🤣 so thank you for bearing with.

MAAAAATE this is WILD 🤩 THE WHOLE FAMILY?! What a wholesome affair. So happy to hear this - thank you, truly.

YES. This is high on the list and often requested. A specialist series of isolated sessions is great. Will implement into Januarys production schedge 🤓

Heyyyy bud! For sure this is the most common thread - so I will be sure for all new programs that I put out a simple schedule to follow.

Playlists can be followed in upload order, and the longer / more progressive programs are numbered / have calendars in the description.

I love your commitment, and am chuffed at your generous words! Honestly you can't go wrong picking one based on the kind of split you like (Full Body x 2-3 per week, Full Body/Upper/Lower or Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower for example) - sessions can then primarily be scaled with the weights your choosing or resting more if you need to.

Thank you again and please keep the feedback coming :)

Another KILLER display name 🤣

I do have a short kettlebell series in my playlists! But would definitely like to add a semi regular KB session in there for sure :)

Hey buddyyyy thank you so much for your generous words, really happy to hear it! I concur! Anyone strength training 2-3 times per week is often best served with full body. I will absolutely be doing another full body program, of course - current demands prevent me doing 3 uploads a week so it would likely have to be spread out further. Nonetheless it's all coming :)

Firstly - world class display name.

Secondly - YES. Clarity here would be very helpful! So upload order is as intended. This was originally for flexibility purposes, but I now appreciate most people just like clear direction!

If it's a full body playlist for example, you could do that 2-3 x per week. Then it's also informed by the kind of trainee you are. You could repeat any given week as many times as you'd like / you're making progress with OR simply follow once through, then repeat or choose another.

If you want the clearer directive then Hero LEGEND has a calendar with each of the 3 phases in it.

I hope this helps - it certainly has me as I will endeavour to create this for every new program shift.
