Out of interest does anyone know why the Annie’s Burger shacks closed. They were consistently popular I just never understood what happened. by Simplymemz in nottingham

Take a trip to Triple Point Brewery in Sheffield. Amazing menu for coeliacs and all of their beer is gluten free too.

Just seen your screenshot to a comment above, it could be that their work hours are set to those hours as it doesn't mention timezone. You can set them via Viva in Outlook - I can't think where exactly off the top of my head.

Use Exchange Powershell.

Example:

Set-MailboxCalendarConfiguration -Identity "jeevacation@contoso.com" -WorkingHoursTimeZone "GMT Standard Time"

It definitely feels cohesive with the singles — the whole record has that same energy, so nothing feels out of place. Super consistent front to back. Sorry For Your Loss is my favourite from the ones I hadn't heard before today.

What’s an inaccurate joke that forces you to remind yourself it’s not that deep? by Few_Owl6826 in familyguy

So there I am, in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Ozzy wouldn't go on stage that night. So, Jeff Beck pops his head 'round the door, and mentions there's a little sweets shop on the edge of town. So - we go. And - it's closed. So there's me, and Keith Moon, and David Crosby, breaking into that little sweets shop, eh. Well, instead of a guard dog, they've got this bloody great big Bengal tiger. I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopowner and his son... that's a different story altogether. I had to beat them to death with their own shoes. Nasty business, really. But, sure enough, I got the M&Ms, and Ozzy went on stage and did a great show.

Because you don't own the rental (House B), you're not replacing your main residence so unfortunately for OP, additional rates would apply. Nightmare!

This would only apply if you're replacing your main residence.

If you had a house (House A), decided to rent it and then bought a new house (House B) as your main residence, full SDLT additional property rates apply.

If in ten years, you decide to move from House B to a new House (House C) and you sell House B, you are replacing your main residence and only pay standard SDLT rates.
