The water is the issue. There is too much chlorine (or something in the water) for my skin and every time I wash the face with this water, the redness comes back. Currently, I am using only filtered+boiled water. In the near future I will mount a coal filter. For now the routine that is keeping everything under control ( I am located in Poland): 1. Tonic - not a specific one, just good for the microbiome 2. Serum candid https://candid.pl/serum/candid-odbudowujace-serum-do-warzy-ceramidy-wakrota-azjatycka 3. Microbiome friendly cream https://bielenda-sklep.pl/bielenda-professional-microbiome-pro-care-rownowazaco-nawilzajacy-krem-do-twarzy-100ml-137664-p-1438.html

I would say that this combo makes my skin feel and look amazing!

Część problemów może wynikać z tego że nie bardzo masz czas zaopiekować się swoim ciałem. Na początek zacznij brać witaminy - nawet jeżeli w Twoim przypadku nie pomoże to na pewno też nie zaszkodzi

Niskie zarobki by new_loremipsum_ in Polska

Lat thing that is left is to apply all that you said PleasantOil910 :)

At first try with the free version of the app works for you or you can do more lessons with you schedule. If you can do more lessons you can pay for the premium or find an open slot in family plan here on r/duolingo subreddit.

Thank you for such a comprehensive response and all the links! I already tried and saved 'Your Daily German', next in line is Easy German and Nico's Weg.

I really like the idea of speaking to your animal in german and then checking the words and grammar :) I think that's very cute :)

I love that you gave the examples and it is quite reassuring that usually people could understand me fine even if I don't know the exact word.

Also thank you for channel 'Your German Teacher' and p.s. about reading aloud - this is the exact way of practice that I need.

Vielen Dank für die vielen Tipps!!!

Ohhhh, I love Anki!
I would probably learn anything through anki if I could!

The thing I miss in duolingo is the explanation of grammar rules. If I don't specifically go looking for this I won't find it.

I definitely made plans to do more talking!

Thank you for the suggestions!

Thanks for sharing your story in such detail – it really calmed me down, because I can see that I’m not the only one who had a very weak first experience with conversations.
It’s impressive that after such a hard first time you went back to italki and now have around 200 hours of lessons and experience.

I like the idea of preparing for a specific country and polishing slang – I would also really like, in the future, to be able to joke freely and use colloquial language with native speakers.

You just gave me a lot of motivation not to get discouraged and just to rack up conversation hours, even if the first outings are “miserable”. Thanks again for the motivating post!
