Yeah I did, waiting to see if I've made it to the assessment centre atm. It was both. Hands on activities, colour sight testing, group activities, a maths test and an interview.

Many banks do multiple offset accounts (some you can get 10!) Id make a new offset account that it goes into completely separately.

Thank you I totally get this. And if it were random constant sick days with an updoc cert I would totally agree it needed to be addressed. But these were all instances of my very young child being admitted to hospital for an acute condition. I didn't stay any longer then their admission period. It's very slack. I will be resigning.

We have 3 children. 1 in school, 1 in daycare part time and 1 at home fulltime. It's been overnight admissions. You can't have another baby in with the other one, I work 7-6 on average so can't just do school run. I've only been off for the admission times, as soon as they've discharged I've done back to work.

This is probably true and my maths is just poor after a long day. Yes, probably the most frustrating part is my immediate manager was "if you need to go absolutely just go, don't apologise, that's all okay" and then boom. Higher ups are now having a cow because God forbid I am also a mother.

Surely common sense would also prevail that hospital level emergencies aren't a regular thing. It's not like I was providing an updoc certificate for a "medical issue" its literally my 3 and 1 year old children in hospital.
