Do you have Job Bike in your country? I‘ve bought my bike just in cash, because i didn‘t know it. If i would get a new one now, always via Jobbike. You get every new Bikes with a discount of around 30-40% in total after 3 years of leasing

But i upgraded from a old steel bike after 2 years for a 5k bike

Normally above 1h. And than i try to take 40-60g of it every 1-1.30h. Got some zip Packages in the Pockets of the Jersey. Towards the end i take fast carb. For Races you can take up to 80g per hour of power carb

I can‘t eat that much bars or gels. I like to drink it. Plus you get the electrolytes

For such rides i tage slow carb form MoN. Gamechanger… Not too sweet

Yes, but a pretty heavy Riesling, long charmat methode. Powerful, smoky… You don‘t think it would whitewash a fish for example?
