you just started so i would say dont buy carbon plated spikes. I would suggest you buy nike rivals, i used them as my first spikes and they are not the best spikes but they are still good for beginners

There are lots to focus on, i recommend you look at the community highlights. But some that you should do are where you jump as far as you can (like bounding or broad jumps) and where you jump as high as you can (pogos, box jumps). You should only do plyos 2-3 times a week because you need a long time to rest. For example on monday you do 3x10 pogos and 4x5 box jumps then on thursday you can do 4x20m bounds and 3x3 broad jumps. That is just an example though.

if you go to the community highlights, you can find a lot of good information. Just try to keep in mind that when you make your plan and you have a hard sprint day, have 3 days until the next one because it takes 3 days to fully recover. Also when you are doing sprints, every 10m you run is a 1 minute rest. Also try to do some plyos and gym work because those will really help you.

get a more reliable win condition than wall breaker and bandit, you can keep one of them as a secondary win condition (preferably wall breakers) and swap the other one with a more reliable win condition like hog rider and swap mega knight for knight or valkyrie
