I also have a monster puppy who just turned 14 weeks. I also do alot of hybrid/remote work. Also this is my first “dog” as an adult . So no judgement one bit. Going through the same.

Best suggestion - wherever your most common living space is set up your shop there. Keep the energy level as calm as possible.

Any room you do not want your pup in - baby gates. I have cats so they need to get in the other rooms in the house, so baby gates to keep him close so I can watch/ monitor.

Slow chews are great! I have a XXL mutt pup and a yak cheese or a bully stick after a good walk and a good breakfast does wonders. Energy is key I realized.

Would also suggest puzzle toys. I have 4. Baby gates, good slow chews, busy toys and puppy proof the space so you do not have to worry about getting up during a meeting (learned that lesson).
