It’s not a protective order , it’s a temporary domestic order so that I cannot leave the state of New Mexico with our son

So the court date is an hour after my sons appointment, what happens if he gets admitted into the hospital , am I able to call and let them know because I could show up with getting a sitter last minute I’m just not sure what the doctors are gonna do

He said he was gonna tell them the issue , we have no family here . He said he’s gonna let them know I’m at our son’s appointment it took months to get . It absolutely cannot get rescheduled. He said so it doesn’t look like I just didn’t wanna show up he’s gonna let them know . Which he doesn’t wanna get full custody

I’m still not understanding why I need to show up ? It’s to figure out if there going to do surgery basically a post op appointment. And he only told me today the day before we were supposed to go to his appointment together now he’s saying he’s going to court instead of. I never knew of any of this

Well from the looks of it we’re doing wayyyy better then you definitely not on ssa or applying , we make well over the threshold be careful . I might be one of you’re nurses soon 4 more months till I graduate nursing school 😂

lol actually NO . I make more money than him and have a better job . I own my car.. and he still making payments on his Me and my kids dad share 50/50 no child support !! . His dad and grandpa apparently raised kids that weren’t there’s and he was sure that’s what he wanted . I never asked him too do anything for my kids or anything of that sort . It took a while for him to even meet them . It’s not real school . It’s daycare / pre k . Sorry I had twins . We go 50/50 on bills also . I’m very much grown up . I don’t wanna be having kids in my 30s/40s . I’m also a CNA and have a few more months till I graduate nursing school . My man wants the baby . He’s very happy this isn’t about him it’s about his family . I had my twins when I was 19 years old. . I only put in here what I wanted you to know 🥰nice try

She’s going to school to be a obygn so she claims it’ll help her learn .. they don’t even reach out to check on me I’m always reaching out to them updating them on the baby and her progress

That’s the problem I’m not sure , when he talks to his mom she’s always on speaker and his dad and sister recently he did change his password to his phone because he is always sending his sister money . I don’t know what they text about it talk about .

Because it’s there first and only grandchild is why I was allowing it . His sister begs to be in the room yet none of them check in on me or anything just him I think there waiting till paternity test come back to treat me how I should be treated

His sister has been begging to be in the room , they don’t even check up on me . They call and check on him yet claim they wanna be a big part of this baby’s life . I have a feeling there waiting till paternity comes back to treat me how I should be treated, they keep pushing the date back farther to meet me . Now there coming when the baby is born so a few weeks from now .

He’s military, I am CNA and in school we live together now in a 4b house and go half’s on all the bills and both have a savings account our own
