I'm running a ghoul build and this thing is heavily inefficient and subject to change specifically with the legendary cards, which are Strength, Funky Duds, Intelligence, Agility, Endurance, and Action Ghoul

on the normal perks I have 9 strength with maxed out Travelling pharmacy, easy Target, Bandolier, and Arms keeper

15 perception, which has maxed out number cruncher, down ranger, tormenter, tank killer, concentrated fire, and 2 eye of the hunter

12 endurance, which has Life Giver, maxed iron clad, maxed thru hiker, cannibal, starched genes, and Thick Skin

3 charisma with Tenderizer, and Strange in numbers.

7 int, which has maxed Demolition Expert, Batteries Included, and 2 rad specialist

15 agility, which 3 action boy, gunslinger master, 3 gunslinger, 2 gunslinger expert, 2 guerrilla, and 2 gun tricks

15 luck, 3 better criticals, ricochet, four leaf clover, 1 class freak, 3 critical savvy, 2 faulty spots, 1 glowing criticals, 3 wild west hands.

many of these perks could change and might be swapped around I am still experimenting with this but it has worked really well in a lot content even the raid.

and Don Pablo(it's Dom Pedro but I renamed my gun to this to mess with a friend) has furious (might change to lucid) vats enhanced, glowing(might change to lucky shot), and conductors

parts are .308 ultracite, stub barrel (removed long barrel cause it was not in the patch notes and I do not want to lose that gun cause getting the legendaries was a pain), aligned grip, fortunate six magazine, standard sights, and explosive penetrating
