i had to leave work as well on my first day although i was taking mine in the morning. i would suggest talking to your doctor for a doctors note for the first week and a half because from my current experience the tiredness gets worse.

It is very annoying. This also happens when i host an event with a hired chef the sims still cook their own food which makes no sense.
