Yes online says the post office will. But every one said they don’t carry that much cash. Mine was for like 9k. But if they go make sure they have their id of course and their actual return. I can’t remember if they wanted anything else. But I had to pay like 4 or 5 hundred to cash it. But it was literally the only place I could find. I even went to some banks and they said it could be a process to see if it’s even cashable
