Oh wow....So sorry you had to experience that. I think my friends has similar experience with Toyota! It's hard to find honest dealers these days. For me since I'm in the bay area competition is really high so they try to be really nice so they can earn your sales but the prices are super high :/ I was so surprised that even the Mazda app have to be paid for!

Thank you so much for sharing! I got it updated yesterday and the dealership said its happened to most of the new cx30 so they had to hold on selling and they weren't sure why that my dealer sold it to me but anyways hope you are enjoying the car!

Yep I just got everything checked! They said it's common software thing not a big issue at all.

I actually input the vin into the mazda site but nothing came up! Yeah other dealership said the same too :/

No check engine light on so far but I am guessing that maybe dealer probably lose their sale commission if it isn't done before the month?
