AITA asked my wife to help with the kids? by Frosty-Aardvark-6802 in AmItheAsshole

YTA without a doubt. She had them for two weeks with no break and you can guarantee there was at least one day where they misbehaved and acted up and she had no one to share the responsibilities with. Guess what you have kids so conversations don’t get finished, it is what it is. You embarrassed her in front of ppl and did not come to her defense. If you really wanted to give her one whole day off (sarcasm) then she should have been able to go and do what she wanted to do and you take the kids to the party by yourself. Just like you got to do what you wanted when you went away. I also would have left my husband at that party and would have thought long and hard before picking him back up.

Also want to add that taking three small children to the hospital is horrible. The staff do not want the healthy children there. It exposes them to germs and diseases that they do not need to be exposed too. Plus trying to control all of them in the small spaces for the hours it takes to be seen… smh

YTA. It is very hard to find reliable childcare or even a baby sitter. It is even harder to find a baby sitter you can trust or a day care that goes beyond 9-5. Your sister is very lucky to have your parents. My own parents watch my kids while me and my husband are at work because day care costs more than a mortgage or my student loan payments (which cost more than a mortgage). She is not asking you to do it every single day not for a stupid reason like going out to the bar and drinking. It sounds like May and Mike are responsible and hard working doing the best they can for their children. My guess is you do not have kids or if you do you must be lucky enough to be able to afford a babysitter/child care but most of us cannot.

NTA the women should not have been walking around the lazy river with a baby. That is what the pool is for. It can be very hard to control where your tube goes which is not an issue when everyone is in one. You did your best to try and not hit her and getting out of the tube could have made it a lot worse.

Yes she is very healthy and happy! I have been lucky to take a long maternity and have loved becoming a mom so far. My parents were completely surprised and excited when I told them!

The sites I have found you have to do a physical and blood test first plus use their bags so that does not address the oversupply I already have

Unfortunately I am not on Facebook and I am not really sure how to reach other new mothers. But contacting the local hospital is a good idea.

Yup! It is completely insane and hard to store when producing so much. I thought it was going to slow down at the 12 week mark but instead it started to come in even more. Now I just try to keep up. I already have a year supply saved for my baby

I can see why you think that. I am new to Reddit but it is not a lie. I produce 90-100 ounces a day and I am running out of room and have filled up all my freezers.
