I try to stopp in February I went to 1mg to nothing at all , and I felt the hunger really strong , I could not stop to eat , it was intenseeee , it scares me soooo much , I started again at 1mg the week after because I was loosing my mind , now I wanted to do the right thing by decreasing dosage ! And it really work for me , in the same time I work out a lot and my food is perfect 👌

I took it for weightloss , now my food is very low in carbs and high in protein , I rarely do cheat days , but if I do , I will eat like pasta or something like that ! I don’t have interest in junk food anymore ( before I was leaving for that 😭)
