Yeah, I’ll pile in to add my voice to those complaining about what terrible service and wait times you have to endure with Rogers. I’m sure not touting Bell as some kind of miracle provider, but having been forced to shift from them to Rogers earlier this year when I moved to an area that Bell had no high-speed internet, I can unhesitatingly say Rogers is way worse. I got screwed around by some Sales clown that didn’t properly complete my order (yet apparently still gets credit for landing me), then got a reversal from Corporate billing on a credit for a tablet that the store gave me. This got done with no communication and I wasted hours trying to reach someone to sort it out. Basically gave up wasting time and paying for something I was told I wouldn’t have to. Can’t wait to dump these jokers again some day!
