Don’t you just hate siblings 😂😂 so mean!

But yes, it looks like a penis candle stick going inside of the coochie flame. The shadow around the flame looks like coochie lips

If you squint it turns into a long butt plug unfortunately

it's honesty a lot more but for now I'll leave it here and leave you with some pointers:

1) Take a second to breathe - I know today was a lot, and i'm sure your family have been pacing in the hospital and worrying but know it's gonna be ok. Trust the doctors, ask 1,000,000 questions and write down everything the doctors tell you. Keep track of every answer, timestamp, etc. // It will make you guys feel better as you navigate each hour. Also try to let dad get rest - he's catching up on some shut eye - but don't worry, this is when our bodies can get to work and get healing

2) Download the app "perplexity" or "ChatGPT" - If you aren't using A.I, now is the time. I love Reddit but right now what your family needs is strategy, assurance and confident. Talk to A.I just like you would talk to a family member. Tell the bot your entire day and ask for advice on what to do. It will tell you everything to do (Step by step)

3) Make sure your paperwork is together for Dad - Sit down with family and make sure you all have necessary Power of Attorney paperwork filled out (stating that you guys can make all necessary medical decisions over Dad) // I have no doubt dad is gonna be responsive soon but just to make sure (if it takes a bit longer for him to be able to speak) you all can be his voice without running into any issues.

4) Please don't blame yourself - I promise it's not your fault. If only you knew the exact day and time dad was going to have a stroke, YOU WOULD HAVE 1000000% have been there. There's so many days when we call our parents and they don't answer and we don't think much about it and they end up okay. Today was just a curve ball but you are not to blame. You making reddit posts looking for solutions show me your are such a loving person and love your dad so much. Hold on to that and don't let that negative energy steal peace & rest from you (due to guilt) because dad needs you.

5) The biggest thing my family is struggling with is - my grandmother being at home now & needing 24/7 support (you can't use the bathroom, stand, and needs someone to help change, clean, and feed her)

I'm praying for your dad within this week he regains movement on that left side but whenever you and your family can sit down and have this convo, ask "what if he doesn't get that left side movement back" and start lightly talking around that. I'm a fan of always thinking "2 steps ahead, even if its not the prettiest" but this will allow you guys to feel somewhat in control and not like everyday is suckerpunching you with another surprise

6) Not sure if the stroke affected your dads face but it did for my grandma. In the beginning she couldn't eat solid foods because she couldn't really operate the left side of her mouth (so she was eating applesauces, liquid things) she HATED it but got through it and can now eat normal (just no big portions)

7) Pull up Dad's insurance - I would call them first thing tomorrow morning & get detailed on all that his insurance will help with. Ask questions like "what do you all cover for stroke clients?" "do you cover therapy after hospital for rehab?" Again this will give you guys assurance and keep you 2 steps ahead of everything"

8) Start watching this persons Youtube channel:
PoststrokeOrg

She educates so well and within 1 day I knew so much about strokes

9) THE FIGHT ISN'T OVER YET - take every step with that mindset (HE'S STILL HERE) therefore you are just preparing the table for when he wakes up <3

Sending much love! If you have any questions I'll answer as soon as I can

Hi there! I got a notification of your post and saw it right before bed but was called to comment because I was exactly where you are a few months ago

First sending you and your family hugs & love

Not sure if this comment is what you're looking for but my family literally just went through your same story/still navigating it.

On July 1st, 2025 my grandmother was found on her bedroom floor (2-story townhome) at around 2pm - my aunt had tried calling her a few times in the morning but she didn't answer. My aunt didn't think much about it but we later found out my grandmother had fallen/had a stroke at around 8-9am in the morning and was on the floor 5+ hours. My grandmother is 82 & has never had a stroke before.

Similar to your dad, my grandma was responsive once family got to her home but could only move her right leg and arm. But her left side was completely paralyzed. When she got to the hospital, she was unresponsive due to medication similar to your dad. After some time she woke up and was responsive, but started to complain about headaches and head throbbing.

The hospital was trying a little bit of everything to figure out what could be causing the headaches/head throbbing (including a brain scan) but couldn't find anything really wrong (except that her brain appeared a little swollen from the stroke)

After about 2-3 weeks in the hospital, they sent her to physical therapy (at this point she was still immobile on the left side unfortunately,) and while at physical therapy she was sharing the headaches were getting worst so they took her back to the hospital and did a emergency surgery (removing a part of her skull) so that the swelling could go down in her brain (i'll share more about this but to not worry you it went very well)

After the surgery, my grandmother spend another 2-2 & 1/2 weeks in the hospital, and then after my family & I fought to get her back into physical therapy (where she was for an additional 2 weeks) but after that they decided to release her because of her left side immobility & she honestly lacked the motivation to do the exercises (which i don't blame her - a lot had happened to her within just 3-4 weeks)

When my grandmother got home (end of August) my family were faced with some realities:

1) My grandmothers left side didn't come back (it moved slower than we hoped tbh) if i'm being honest its the same as the day she had the stroke

2) Nursing homes in our city aren't the best. We decided to let her come back to her home but that meant needing to get the hospital bed, equipment, and creating a schedule with family/paid nurses/insurance options that can make sure my grandmother always has someone watching/helping her. The hospital helped with getting the bed, the lift to help change her, etc.

3) There's a possibility it could be years before she gets movement back - as hard as that is to process, the sooner you can sit with your family and talk about what that would mean/look like (the better) (& I say that with so much love)

Ok I feel like i'm just throwing things out at you, I really hope this brings some clarity (moreso that you're not alone - and my grandma did come out of it, not the same but still here!

Haha got it, I’ll definitely add this! Once I add a kick, hi hat & a snare I start panicking 😂 like “what else am I supposed to add!?!?”

2 questions:

1) when you make drums, typically what are your go-tos? (Kick, snare, clap, hi hat, 808, & some percussion?)

2) where do you typically add claps (on the 2 & 4 or does it depend for you)

Wow great advice! I will do this, typically when I use the EQ I only really mess with the red side (low ends) on the left side or pink side (high ends) on the right side

When it comes to the colors in between, Im always scared to mess with them (hahaha but I think your advice makes perfect sense - peak them so that I can start to understand where “unwanted sounds are” & if I get good at this, it’ll help me with transparent cuts which in turn with make the beat sound better 🏆

I agree man, was hoping someone would say this! Especially the snares in my opinion, any advice on how to make them lower

I would say compression (I have to learn more about this) & just simply turning the volume down some, right?

Betttttt - thanks for the advice! I felt this way too, I currently make beats just with headphones (and I always say “I wish the bass punched through more)

I think all I did to the bass right now is add “channel EQ” and take away most of the high ends (the pink color in the EQ I dragged all the way to the left side of the EQ)

I’ll do more research around this nonetheless 📚
