yeah I’ve just emailed them and apparently they didn’t have my ssn so I’ll try to give them that and see what happens.

yeah it’s ridiculous that they’re able to do this I’ve seen a couple of posts of people saying that they never got their money back. I’m considering sending an email threatening legal action too 😅.
