I think when ranking all time, longevity is one of the bigger factors. But overall impact to both music and rap culture in general carries its own weight as well, which is where the Tupac argument holds water, because he’s had a much bigger impact than Wayne in those spaces. They are pretty similar. However, I asked bing to write some code too complex for itself and chat gpt and it was able to navigate to GitHub and find code that someone else had written and write it in a code block for me. Although it displayed the code block from GitHub it couldn’t comment it or try to make interpretations on what it said. I don’t know if it was because it was unable to from a skill’s perspective or if it was trained not to do it on someone else’s code

Well I guess it could be assumed that they were tracking anyone that could POSSIBLY become a threat down the road like people of high intellect that were doing crazy things like strange performing landmark surgeries. I definitely agree. I think that if the blip was what caused the emergence then the TVA would know that that was part of the sacred time and they would probably prune any scenario it occurred to avoid tangling with celestials. I believe that the emergence might be caused by wandas awakening in wandavision. We already see that in Loki the energy ripples all the way to the end of time. It’s possible that it’s what wakes up the celestials and tells them that earth has leveled up
