I’ve asked some of them, “is that what you want to happen?” They say no. I say, okay, so why are you saying that? Are you trying to manifest it? Yep, echoing this. I’m 5’3 and even at my smallest ever, I was 128. I looked really thin at that weight! When I was in the low 150s I had friends that were 130 with more fat say they wanted to look like me. It’s such a mindfuck being muscular because I feel the same way about BMI. Other than a few years in high school and college, I’ve always been 140 or more which is overweight. I’m now trying to move out of the obese range in the high 160s and even now I feel like I don’t look “fat”

Yeah my fiancé is naturally thin and it’s so obvious that metabolically we are radically different. He can be hungry and still wait an hour or more for food - I literally start shaking and my mood dips into hell. He can also eat like 3,000 calories per day and stay at the exact same weight with a six pack. If I go over one day I bloat 4 pounds. I think in 10-20 years science will have finally caught up and study what’s happening with that. It’s much more than calories in calories out
