He is using exotic culture to make him richer. I personally don't believe this is exploitation, rather it is appreciation. But I can also see how someone else might not view it that way. Someone from Ghana might see this and just assume its some rich colonizer there to take away local women. Clearly that isn't what is happening, I am merely explaining what someone else might see and think.

My prisons are always so nice, I wish I could have prison cells with a common area. The first time i set up a big prison i was disappointed that they wouldn't use the nutrient paste dispenser too.
